BetMaximus does not process refunds in case the claimed deposit has been used to wager, including betting bonus funds, moreover no refund can be completed for funds subject to wagering requirements or restrictions.

An appeal for a refund must be made within the first twenty-four (24) hours of the transaction in question.

If your appeal for a refund or reverse transaction offers us reasons to require further verification of your identity in order to comply with our legal and/or regulatory obligations or to prevent unlawful or fraudulent behaviour, we may postpone any refund or reverse transaction until your identity has been verified in accordance with the applicable law.

When conducting the identity checks referred to in the Section 8 and Section 9 (with reference to Terms&Conditions), we shall require such additional verification as is authorized under applicable law to ensure that our legal and regulatory obligations are fulfilled.

The total refund amount cannot exceed the available balance of the gaming account which has not been used in the game activity/transaction process. The appeal must be submitted in accordance with the entire clause of these rules.

All available games must be played fairly, and the outcome of the games should not be controlled by the Player, including the use of computer software, or gambling systems.
